Coláiste Stiofáin Naofa operates its own radio station within the college. CSN broadcasts lunchtime radio programmes to the canteen for students' entertainment during college terms. In addition CSN 107.2 FM broadcasts under licence from the BCI (Broadcasting Commission of Ireland) to many parts of Cork City every Tuesday and Thursday from October to April. Broadcast times are from 1-2pm and 4-9pm. The college's broadcast studios include new state of the art digital “On Air” and Production” studios. Programmes are primarily aimed at college students and the wider population of Cork City. Students on the radio broadcasting course generally present the programmes.
