DURATION
Two Courses:
12 week course (March - May)
5 week course (June)
INTRODUCTION
The course aims to provide participants, especially those out
of education for a while, with the encouragement and skills to
consider returning to full-time education.
You can choose from a range of options and decide if you would
like to take any one of them as a full-time course in the future.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Study skills and access to career guidance support are essential
elements of the programme. Tutors are highly trained in helping
the adult returner. There is no exam pressure. Tours/field trips
are organised.

Access (based on interview) to full-time courses at Coláiste
Stiofáin Naofa and other educational institutes.
CERTIFICATION
On satisfactory completion of the course, students receive a
college certificate.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Mature students (over 21 years of age). No formal education
levels are required. Courses are especially suited to people eligible
for the Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme (See page 5)
