DURATION
One or two years.
INTRODUCTION
This is a one year full-time course offered to adults over 21
years of age. It is a foundation course aimed at adults who may
not have had educational opportunities in the past and would now
like to avail of them, or for adults who have been out of education
for a long period of time. Experienced tutors working with a small
group of students ensure literacy, numeracy, and other relevant
skills are developed and students are well-prepared to pursue
further educational opportunities.

- C.S.P.E.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no formal entry requirements. Selection for the course
is based on an informal interview with the course Director.
The course is specially suitable to students eligible for VTOS.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Students are given opportunities to study basic computers to
FETAC exam level. Students have access to a full-time Career
Guidance Counsellor within the college who offers support and
guidance.
